Dear visitors,
We've launched Populus Genome Database as for releasing Populus alba x Populus tremula var. glandulosa genome.
Moreover, our database contains Populus trichocarpa and Salix purpurea genomes for diverse comparative analyses.
Data of EST and four gene families will be a useful starting point for further comparative analyses of populus genomes.
We also provide BLAST search and GlobalScrap, which allows user to collect sequences as well as genome and execute analysis on the web directly.
We hope that this database can be a hub site for populus genomics researches.
